You’ll have one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a coffee machine, and a dedicated workspace are provided. A baby cot is available on request. Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace set up for 4, offering beautiful open views. You’ll also have access to the shared garden and outdoor pool. A shared barbecue area and grill are available for your use. A shared on-site parking space, secured by an automatic gate, is included. A shared electric vehicle charging station is available and operates during off-peak hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Pets are welcome (1 pet allowed). Parties and events are not permitted. The property is ideally located between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, and Arles, just 20 minutes by car from the sea. Public transport (bus and train), as well as shops and amenities, are within walking distance. Close to Hôpital Nord and Golf de Calas. The apartment is attached to the main villa but remains completely independent with its own private entrance.
